Location
Faro Park is situated in the area at the western end of Playa Blanca, overlooked by Montaña Roja (the ‘Red Volcano’) and not far from the Faro de 'Pechiguera Lighthouse. Technically Faro Park is an urbanisation of luxury villas, however the whole zone around Calle Irlanda has become colloquially known as Faro Park.

Activities & Points of interest
The nearest beach Calimera is only 15 mins walk, local dive centre 2.5 kms, golf course 35 mins drive; The centre of Playa Blanca 5 mins drive and the taxi from the villa is just about €3 euro. The local bus service approximate €2.50 a trip, only 4 minute walk from the villa and runs every 30 mins.
Playa Blanca boasts two PADI dive sites and lots of other water sports, plus golf about 30 mins drive away and lots and lots of other things to do for all ages.
Rooms & Rates
Carlara Villa offers all rooms on the same level and have views over the garden and pool area. There are 3 air conditioned bed rooms, each with there own bathroom; the master having its own en-suite with Bath/shower and dedicated dressing room. Bedroom 2 has access to another bathroom with a walk-in dedicated wet-room area, whilst bedroom 3 also has access to its own smaller en-suite.
We charge a flat rate for 2 adults per week or night, then an additional rate person on top of this pro-rata.
Every element of the villa is included in this rate, Cleaning and laundry, pool heating, bedroom air conditioning.
